This scene and episode evoke such mixed feelings. They can't show Mike coming out of this victorious. Its a very well written dilemma for the audience. You like Mike and want him to be found innocent, but deep down you also know that what he did is fraud and he deserves it. As Gibbs said, if they let the jury find him innocent, it would set a precedent for future frauds to be let off scot free as well. The show should have ended with this episode IMO. The perfect twisted ending. A smart kid commits fraud and pays for it in the end.

Ironically, aside from Mike taking those tests for people (which, I'm not sure if it's illegal or just breaking the code of the tests, so let's assume it's not fraud), he hadn't committed a crime. He could literally have gone away and enjoyed his life. He didn't practice law without a license until Harvey game him the job as the associate. Had Harvey hired him to maybe be his assistant, maybe ask him from time to time what he thinks, train him to be a competent lawyer, he could probably go to Jessica and maybe convince her to pay for him to go to Harvard or a University or pay for him to be a lawyer and then pass the bar exam. It's been a while so I can't remember what happened exactly... Was Harvey running to Mike to stop him from taking the deal or was he going to Gibbs to make one himself?

What would happen if they found him innocent? Would he keep being a fraud and getting in trouble for the same crime?

@@Raydnt69 wouldn't that set off alarms? I mean, then again the Jury knew he was guilty but he would've been innocent. So i guess they would've helped him

I’ve haven’t watched the show but based on this clip I don’t like Rachael. It’s Mike decision now hers. She should be supporting him at his lowest.

Hi what I don't understand about some of the people on this show is that Mike Ross did the crime so he is taking like a man and wily to do his time why everybody else is making it like he doing something wrong.

So because he changed his mind you can't be there for him but he forgave you for cheating. Yiikes Rachel.
