What I’ve noticed as a Brit who’s travelled to America a few times. We enjoy the nuance, the technique, the tactics, the fundamentals of the whatever the sport it. Americans enjoy the spectacle itself, the off field drama, the storylines going into the game, the drama around certain players. I went to a knicks NBA game and everyone was more focused on taking pictures of themselves and the game rather the game itself.
