Great point. He is an incredible student of his craft. Even back when he was competing i allways noticed he would look to cus or Rooney like he was a novice but was already the baddest on the planet !

0:48 he had good speed and form on the punches and movement he should be real proud of himself he looked like his old self , but for his back to feel better , knees , and joints to feel younger in general and to have more endurance he should get back down to 216, Also before bag work 1 . stretch 8 min because he is older 2. Shadow box 20 min 3. Do the catskills twist drills 8 min 4. Maze bag 20 min Mike is looking better cus would be proud

Idk how he stays so dangerous🔥 Mayweather is the only other boxer i know who has maintained his skill level throughout old age but this is a whole nother level to me and nobody generates power like this in a punch at that age let alone in their prime i feel like Mike would still run the heavyweight division today
