This is a terrific breakdown, but shoutout to Bald Bull 1. All too often, I see high level play and think "oh wow, that was clean" only for the streamer to sigh and grumble, and I don't have the context to understand what went wrong. This vid broke down the AI ahead of time, but then also showed the AI choices with "good" or "bad" overlaid on the video. That gave me all the context I needed to go "oh, yeah, he got screwed by RNG" and be right there with Salt. Great editing work!

I really want to highlight how much better this probability analysis is than the really common "just multiply a bunch of numbers together" approach that gives impressively massive, meaningless values. It's not just more accurate - it allows visualisations like your final slide down to "what does a 1 in a million run look like" at the end. You even get to sense-check your estimate by comparing to Salt's run-count, and they're very reasonably comparable when you add in the element of human execution. I really love this, and want to give you a big pat on the back to encourage more of it.
