Very reductive and casual interpretation of George foreman’s technique. Describing one of the greatest heavyweights of all time as a man who “wings punches” is mad disrespectful. Edit: everyone replying “how is it disrespectful, he’s saying foreman does it without trying”. Firstly: Foreman definitely was trying - if you think he wasn’t, you obviously don’t know much about boxing. It’s just his style - a bit like Joe Joyce (but obviously much more destructive). He trained very hard for his fights and repeatedly says in interviews which fights he found hard - fights where he applied the same “not-trying” style. Secondly, OP wasn’t saying “he knocks people out without trying he’s that good”, he said verbatim “using his upper body without digging in with his legs”. He’s describing Foreman as having poor technique which is 1) untrue and 2) disrespectful.

I use Mike as an example of how society will curse you no matter what! Dude was the youngest heavyweight champion in history! And the first to unify all three major heavyweight belts! Yet there are still fools who will say: "Tyson Sucks! He blah, blah, blah..." So what chance do you or I, or anyone else have of going thru life without fools insulting us & degrading us?!! So just keep on keeping on,....and ignore the fools!! 👊
