Looks good. I hope you enjoyed it. There are different versions of this which may have different names. For example Schnitzel in German speaking nations is a version of this.

The mutton version is usually very popular and often served with French fries, sauerkraut and gherkin. In Vienna, they have the best version. Nonetheless in Switzerland and Germany they also have good ones.

Every kid (and adult's) favorite in Argentina. You can do the egg+bread crumbs step twice for better results. Prosciutto is "too much", ham will do.

Noi mangiamo semplicemente la carne impanata senza aggiungere né pomodoro né prosciutto né mozzarella .Solo In una piccola regione dell' Italia fanno una ricetta simile alla tua anche se non è del tutto uguale. Comunque bravissima!!!!!
