I honestly think that as a society we actually need to tone down self love. People love themselves. A lot. but still they are bombarded with OMG QUEEN YOU HAVE TO LOVE YOURSELF ITS ALL THAT MATTERS and they sit there thinking oh my god.... maybe Im so messed up I actually dont love myself and I just thought I did and then they become entitled , egotistical, and intellectually belligerent. they are gaslit into thinking they dont appreciate themselves by media (which has the perfect glowup opportunity for a low price) and as a result, people with a perfectly adequate amount of self-respect take it too far, prioritize themselves and their perspective too much, because they've become convinced that they set the bar too low for themselves self improvement. lets do that. become tangibly better in some way . cut a bad habit. start a new good habit. make a point to be honest with people and direct, something like that

@donnaroberts6007
Ай бұрын
@Jundarbiter, I absolutely am with you 💯 on your response. While I love this song, & no doubt self love is important , this society has confused “ love” the kind we are all suppose to have “ agape love” and become totally self destructive spreading a lie. I’m sure somewhere in this world this song / lyrics would serve its purpose well with someone that’s in an abusive relationship and very low self esteem, but as you noted for the most part as a society we love ourselves a lot!!! To the point of selfishness, self entitlement, and down right referring to ourselves as “ victims,” instead of victors that have overcome a multitude of obstacles that are difficult for people who get stuck in the pity party they celebrate instead of celebrating the life that was gifted to us all at a high cost that can’t be compared to any of our trials or tribulations!!! Shame on us that don’t seek, but instead resort to self pity , and victim status. The people I admire are the ones that have no self loathing but instead suit up for future battles never looking back at those battles that they conquered as “ victims , but instead victors!!!” It’s a mind and heart set that requires a lot of “ soul searching “ and by that I mean literally soul searching for the truth and real purpose that they are here living a gifted life that no matter the struggles defeat is not an option! ( Jesus) set the bar high and if we as his followers don’t realize our struggles don’t even come close to what the great I AM went through. But it’s spiritual and sadly dismissed because it’s not tangible , therefore rejected until it can’t be and God have mercy on those who don’t seek and receive. 😮 it’s a choice granted to ALL before we die. (freewill) will determine our eternity and death is inevitable sure as we are born we shall die. It’s how you die that matters. With or without salvation? Heaven or hell. I tend to get to the matter of things and this is what it is! This song is beautiful for the purpose of realization of self love , just not a good idea to get stuck ignoring the real meaning behind agape love. God is love. We are commanded to love one another. In sweet Jesus name amen…..

IF YOU ARE IN CHRIST ON JUDGEMENT DAY GOD WILL SEE YOU AS HIS PERFECT SON (SINLESS SINCE YOUR SINS ARE COVERED BY JESUS' OFFERING). YOU CAN ALSO CHOOSE TO REJECT JESUS' GIFT/SACRIFICE & PAY FOR YOUR OWN SIN WITH DEATH (HELL) BUT THAT SEEMS PRETTY FOOLISH! GOD SEES & HEARS EVERYTHING YOU HAVE SAID & DONE. YOU WONT WIN AN ARGUMENT WITH HIM & YOU CANT DEFEND ANY OF YOUR SINS TO HIM. YOU'RE NOT A GOOD PERSON, I'M NOT A GOOD PERSON... ONLY GOD IS GOOD! WE'RE ALL GUILTY WITHOUT ACCEPTING JESUS' SACRIFICE FOR OUR SINS! STOP IDOLIZING & WORSHIPING THESE PEOPLE! JESUS CHRIST ALONE DIED FOR YOUR SINS & WAS RESURRECTED FROM THE GRAVE! HE IS ALIVE & COMING BACK VERY VERY SOON WITH JUDGEMENT (THESE ARE END TIMES)! PREPARE YOURSELVES, TURN FROM SIN & RUN TO JESUS! HE KNOWS YOUR PAIN & TROUBLES, HE WANTS TO HEAL & RESTORE YOU! TALK TO HIM LIKE A BEST FRIEND! ASK HIM TO REVEAL HIMSELF TO YOU & HELP YOU TO BELIEVE IF YOU DOUBT! DON'T WAIT TO CRY OUT! NO ONE IS PROMISED TOMORROW! HE LONGS FOR YOU TO INVITE HIM IN, HE LOVES YOU MORE THAN ANY PERSON EVER COULD, HE CREATED YOU! Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."-John 14:6 "But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven."-Matthew 10:33 “For the wages of sin is death (hell), but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord”-Romans 6:23

Color of Money State of Address made in USA Going around in circles ( circuits ), chasing after one another for the color of money, taking chances or welfare through inter-connecting passages , crossroads and Windows (MSN) trying to control the animal in one, from the pit of debt of desire, an emotions in the matrix. $ Dollar, Dollar Bills Pressing the economics further, less than rich is most in debt, an the back bone of the rich, and the flesh and blood for the animal, All in the name of what, property values. The color of money makes people go wild an adds to its fire. Let me give it to you in other terms, terms you can understand. They cut it like Bolvin coca, Afghani opium and Libyan oil, cut like silver and gold. Lords that have strings tied to the money, an every dollar in its web, hooking the foolish fish in the sea into its financial threshold. Bending indexes, the color of money, dollars, dollar bills and currencies on a spectrum in a temple dimension, attracting interest . A twenty/eighty cut is knot well/fare, it cuts like a knife, a double edge sword, it gives with one and takes with two, we want face value, the whole in one, par , one over one, knot promises or the color of money, that s blinding you. " O say can you see," ... the twilight... Blind and color blind? So cover your eyes, and listen," and listen to your sub conscious . Its a figment of your imagination that's running wild like a bull, a shift to red , so let me give you the 20/20, the whole 9/1/1 doppler tax free fix, in the city that never sleeps. Its supply and demand. They build it up and take them down , and the penny is losing one for everyone made. The nickel cant hold its weight , but its losing, an its face value is deceiving the public eye, so save what you can . They cant afford it or don't have it to give away, nor can they make anymore, Its coming from the blood that is spilling from the holes in ones pocket and clothing, and the bodies that are falling. Desire is working ten times harder for ten times less and buying things ten times over exhausting its horns and pleasures. At the end of the sale, and day , after all the hands have taken a pinch out of the dollar , dollar bill, one is paying with the bottom dollar, and by the time it gets home to its family, its taxed for the waste, so save what you can. Either way I, the self, put it , between the differences , it gives one the sum of the hole, the color of money and the same sum and truth ,the wholesumtruth. Now that the money can be made at home , it does not give one the right to cut it out of a sheet of metal and stamp it with a dye, or (DIO ?), " O, Alice, your the Greatest ", its de-facing the value . " Its not what your country can do for you , but what you can do for your country." " We the people", put our trust in the government, ( each other), to provide honest scales and due process, but those who aren't themselves are favoring one side, one side of the scale, the dark side, even though the wind is not for sale, it gives one direction and shows the way , an only a fool doesn't pay attention to signs, lining its pockets , the holes in its clothing with the blood on its hands. Those who live by it , live by the dollar , dollar bill , fall by it, and those who trust in it, give its power and right over their lives, ( soul) . " O, say can you see" The only one who cares for a title, is lost and needs to be found, an in need of a personality, the individual, and needed to be served with love and sincerity. The servant , common worker, the confidence and capital from whom has a title paid for, is free of, and develops its independence from a co-dependent sovereign and shadow government. " O say, can you see"... the twilight... They promise them heaven, a spot in the light an all they can eat, and give them hell for it, leaving them to the wicked , emotional trials and shadows , silhouettes that have no eyes , but still can see. So ," Take down these walls". " Four score and seven" We were given stripes , color and life , light for a conscious , a lamp of knowledge (law) , a guiding light, and land to harvest. The brave to boycott, pro/test, protest in writing; Declare Independence, and reveal the truth and reap what's sowed. Fear not, fear only one-self , "we are not left to live under ourselves " , we have been brought to consciousness , life, and Yahweh ( Jah e vah ) (יהוה ) . Compose yourselves, bring yourselves together, because no matter how much one celebrates it will not raise the dead, nor bring back those who have passed, and neither free one from the misery and trial its been living. " O , say can you see..." " The fault is not in the stars , but in ourselves." made in usa

Savings account Evil works harder, not smarter in fear , scrambling in a pickle concerned in trouble of whether it's going to score or not, an it's not a coincidence that its had the energy and money to fight. Dixie seemed to always be on their side and the interest was mutual between them, Dixie ( or Dollar index exchange) and evil. They never argued about the Interest they paid on the money to fight for the energy and spoil , and they never seemed to stayed together with out it. While migrating the refugees of its breed to its homestead and country , for country cooking ( if you know what I mean) and hospitality for business opportunities ; A share of the American Pie. Market Place. Unfortunately for those (evil) in a Pickle, the Bank is the Peoples Not the Third Party, an all we need is a Bill of Signatures with a adequate interest rate index on savings accounts, strengthening our Country , Capitalism and Dixie ( or Dollar index exchange ); equality and salvation an American Dream. Hunger makes a great pickle, saves Lives and promotes Health, younger looking skin , less to loan on, or on Vanity and better to help D.i.x.i.e than fear to have the dream, the dream with the Bill of signatures for a savings accounts with interest, so one can retire on and have its leisure...

@@kathleenramos4152 I don't think so. They're both dancing, but Joker's dance signifies how he's completely transformed and let go of the morally superior life style that he tried to live up to, letting go of his humanity. Her dance shows how she's accepted herself as she is, and she's done looking for happiness from another person. In a way both dances shows strength as well as vulnerability I guess, but in a different light.

I think that what will make this song timeless will be the lyrics. No matter the age, a teen or a person in their eighties will feel identified with the meaning that these lyrics has, because at the end of the night the moral of life is to understand that if we don't love ourselves, no one will.

Actually pushing the idea that if we don't love ourselves then no one will is dangerous. People who are mentally ill or have low self esteem typically tend not to love themselves, so saying that no one else will because of their lack of self love is only worsening their condition and putting the blame on them. How much you love yourself and how much others love you aren't the same thing, they can cross over but they're also separate situations. And people could easily love themselves but others might not. Loving someone is to do with their personality and how they treat you and others. I get where you're coming from but what you're saying can be seriously damaging

This song is a powerful anthem for self-love and self-acceptance. The lyrics speak to the idea that feeling alone is one thing, but being alone is another. The singer acknowledges the pain of a past relationship, but instead of dwelling on the negative emotions, she chooses to focus on the positive and takes control of her own happiness from her. The lyrics encourage listeners to take care of themselves, both physically and emotionally. The repetition of "I can love me better" reinforces the idea that self-love is important and attainable. The melody and rhythm are catchy and upbeat, making this song a perfect anthem for anyone who needs a boost of confidence and inspiration.
