flour-10 tbs
sugar-10 tbs
milk-1-1.3l
double cream-200ml
chocolate-150g
1. Melt 130g of butter
2.Add 10 tbsp flour, fry 3-4 minutes on low heat.
3.Add milk in batches
4.Add sugar
4.Boil until first boules, remove from heat after 2 minutes.
5. Beat with a blender or mixer
6. Pour into molds, let cool at room temperature
Chocolate sauce
1.Add the cream and chocolate to a saucepan, heat until the chocolate is dissolved.
Pour the sauce into the milk pudding and put in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
