Women are the real gem of entire humanity.💪 I've started eating Sridhanya Millets after watching Dr. Khadar's several videos from Nov'22. Now I'm 20kgs lighter person of 65 years. Doctor has stopped my Triglyceride medicine, reduced potency of blood pressure medicine. My HbA1c level has come down from 6.25 to 5.8 I feel younger nowadays. 🙏 My heartfelt obeisances to one and only Dr.Khadar 🙏

Eat each millet two days and change the millet after two days. Same millet eating for days together is not healthy.

Hello Dr.Khader Vali garu ,we started eating millets (ragi,jowar,kodo,barnyardand foxtail millets) since 7 months and saw a lot of difference in our health feeling very active and joint pains (chronic since years) almost vanished ,lost around 7-8kgs weight.very happy with the improvement of our health . We got blood tests done recently ,my mother and my brother had high cholesterol levels(triglycerides,LDL,VLDL) and Alkaline phosphatase was mildly elevated on liver function test .I read online that drastic weght loss sometimes results in elevated levels of above tests.while rest of the blood tests(blood glucose,kidney function,complete blood picture,thyroid profile)were normal.did anyone else see these changes in cholesterol levels,kindly share your input.

Yes Absolutely... I Started Eating these 5 positive millets a year and half back and Trust me The Wonders it did to my Body were phenomenal 1.I lost around 18kgs around that one and half year 2. The Bowel Movements were proper and Issues of Bloating quite literally disappeared. 3.Energy Levels improved Dramatically and I could Walk around easily 8kms on a stretch without tiredness and I could still go on throughout the day-day activities without any issues... I could go on about talking about the Magic of Positive Millets

I am having millets since two years but I'm feeling protein and b12 deficiency what is the solution for that. I'm under weight getting lot of backbone pain when I lift weights. Needle like pain in backbone and teeth too

Are you staying in sun for atleast half an hour before 10 AM? Did you quit soaps and started using soap nuts. Are you using dr khadar vali advised acitvated char coal tooth powder? If you take ambali daily atleast in the breakfast you won/t suffere b12 deficiency ever. If you eat millets, millets have enough proteins already. You should consume bull driven oils, minimum three in rotation. Eating millets is a big step for health life style but we need to do a lot other things, please read the tiny protocol pdf book of dr khadar vali thoroughly so that all your doubts gets vanished.
