Mince and Spaghetti in 15 Minutes with a few ingredients
This is what you will need:
Recipe for two.
3 Tablespoons of oil
1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of curry powder or masala
2 medium carrots grated
1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
350g Beef Mince (if you want to make it vegan, boil black lentils until soft and drain) Replace the mince with the lentils. Just as delicious
Tomato sauce or pasta sauce
salt to taste
Half a packet of spaghetti
cook the spaghetti to packet instructions.
The Mince
Add the oil to a frying pan, add the onions and cook until golden brown. this is where all the flavour is. if you rush this process your dish will lack flavour.
next, add salt and then the garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
add the curry powder and fry for 10 to 15 seconds,. next, add the carrot and a dash of water if needed. now for the nutritional yeast, the nutritional yeast will give your dish a cheesy flavour.
Fry the carrots for 5 minutes. Next, add the beef mince and cook until brown.
When using the lentils, you can immediately add the pasta/tomatoes sauce. And cook for 10 minutes and your dish will be done.
Once the beef mince is brown add the pasta sauce. cook for 10 minutes and your dish is ready to enjoy.
