Adding the full drum stems in your packs was the best thing you guys ever did! Please continue doing that. Upon downloading I immediately delete the Full Drums loops and only keep all of the individual drum stems. They get a lot of use over here because they're so much more versatile than full drum loops.

I've noticed people will TRIP over loop/samples sometimes. I love your guys' shit. I often find myself grabbing a stem randomly from literally any pack no matter what genre whether it be a bass stem, pad, piano, percussionist loop, anything all I really need is one to just spark inspiration for an entire song. Goes for when I write beats and also for EDM productions 🔥

I produce dnb with dubstep packs. I produce dnb with melodic tech house packs. This is why you should make maps with kicks, snare, hats, bass, so you dont need to go back and forth. You will find out you have hidden gems there waiting for you all that time

these are all really basic drum setups, easy to create. I dont get why u should copy them and not improving your skills. Its another thing when we talk about melodys but drum kits, srsly. U will get better each time u add one in your track and outperforme these with ez.

I'm not against improving your sound but maybe you can get some cool sounds when doing it with more complicated drums. I don't think the idea is for this to be the end-all-be-all but just to get some quick ideas down. I think he even mentioned it at the end of the video too.

@scarvello nah fr. I simplified a lot of my stuff and it sells a lot more forsure. I shouldn't have said more complicated (rather unique sounding) but on the other hand other genre's can benefit from more complex/cool drum patterns tho (of course if you produce like edm or something like that)

This is dope, if you are working with someone else who makes loops/Melodies. Otherwise, it just feels like I made someone elses beat. Imagine it this way, someone made a pretty ass drawing and now you just get to color it. It’s basically like using a coloring book. The pictures/drawings are all made for you, you just get to color it.

I do this all the time! I layer down an idea. Then duplicate and freeze one in on track replace it with loops and other samples until this something I like. Etc. Then you can mix em up or whatever. Pro tip never delete your old sketches because they might do it better within the whole concept of happy little accidents. I also do the musical and the drums separate from each other so the flow between the instruments ends up way better.
