The reason is - ki ham barbell row jaise excercise karte hai aur joint health kharab kar lete ..... and in future jab vo realise hota hai to bohot late ho chuka hota hai

Weight is influenced by several factors not just muscle mass, instead of solely relying on weight do the mentioned exercises yourself and see what works best for you. Because if a specific workout works for someone, that doesn't mean it would definitely work for another person too
