Wow , I'm going to try giving this a go next week, already put in an order for the Sea Bass. amazing how some simple and fresh ingredients can make such an awesome looking dish. I'm having trouble sourcing betel leaves in the UK though, my best bet is the local Asian store I think.

I see, even though it's been a while, it's great that you found this recipe amazing. Your local Asian store should still be a good place to find betel leaves. I hope you were able to source the ingredients you needed and that your dish turned out wonderfully. Enjoy your culinary exploration!

Hi! Thanks for watching our content. In this particular video we used the Fuji XT4 with the Fujinon XF 16-55mm f/2.8 R LM and a Polar Pro Peter McKinnon VND (2-5). We also regularly use the Sony A7S3 for video and the Leica M11, Leica Q2 and Sony A7R4 for stills.

With "Betel Leaves," I assume you mean the "Wild Betel Leaves," called Bai Cha Plu in Thai - right? A real Betel leaf would taste awful ;-)

@@sts0868 Correct, Bai Cha Plu, ใบชะพลู, Piper sarmentosum or wild betel leaf 👍
