This video is about my 12 days of meditation retreat at the Wat Pa Tam Wua Forest Monastery earlier this year.
All rights reserved to, and credit to, @THAILANDEASY_, @lWatPaTamWua, @candanabhikkhu and Hadrien (IG: hadr1en) with respect to some of the audio recordings, video clips and materials that I have used for this episode.
I have found the 'Chanting Book' by Wat Pa Tam Wua and the 'A Manual On Buddhist Meditation & Lifestyle' by Candana Bhikkhu helpful in guiding me through my meditation practice. I have only came across the book of Candana Bhikkhu whilst I was volunteering at Sri Lovely Organic Farm in Malaysia a few months after the recording of this video. The book further my knowledge of the beliefs and practices of the Theravada Buddhism.
My deepest thanks to the Abbott, to the teachers (Pra Allen, Pra Ajan Aned), to other monks (especially Bhante Billy for letting me come along to the Chinese village with him to collect food offerings from locals), to Ms Noi (for huge support and helpful service), to the volunteers and to the visitors who have all made my experience at the Wat Pa Tam Wua Forest Monastery invaluable.
