Raisins - 50 g
Candied fruits - 50 g
Butter 82% - 150 g
Sugar - 100 g

Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Rum - 35 g replace with tea or orange juice
Wheat flour - 300 g
Baking powder - 6 g
Salt - 1 g

Preparation
1. Pour rum or tea on the washed and dried raisins. Leave on for 12-24 hours.
2. Combine sifted flour with salt and baking powder, mix.
3. Combine low-fat cottage cheese with soft butter, egg, lemon zest, vanilla sugar and regular sugar. Grind with a blender to the most homogeneous mass.
4. Add the flour mixture in two steps and mix with a spatula or with your hands.
5. Add the raisins with the rest of the rum. Add roasted and chopped hazelnuts and candied orange peels.
6. It is more convenient to mold the blanks with an ice cream spoon, give them an oblong shape and put them on paper with a non-stick layer at a distance from each other.
7. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C on a medium level without convention for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
8. Cool slightly on a wire rack and cover warm workpieces with powdered sugar, you can pre-grease with melted butter. Cool completely.
9. These pastries are ideal as a sweet gift for the holidays, tastier the day after baking.
10. Store in a closed container at room temperature for up to a week.
