Mint chicken Fry is an Indian style of preparing chicken, where Fried Chicken is coated with Minty sauce. This dish is for people who likes Minty flavour and wants to try something differen than usual.
Ingredients
For Marination
Chicken - 600 grams
Cornflour - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1 teaspoon (as per taste)
Egg White - 1
Oil for deep frying
For Masala
Mint/ Pudina - 200 grams
Coriander Leaves - 100 grams
Garlic - 3 cloves
Onion - 1/2
Green Chilli - 4
For Curry
Oil - 3 teaspoon
Garlic -6 cloves
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Red Chilli - 4
Curry Leaves - 15 to 20
Soya Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (as per taste)
Please note, double frying the Chicken makes it Crunchy. This is optional.
