Breath in deeply and on the exhale chant 5x - count on your fingers if it helps...This elongates the breath and creates a change in the chemicals in your blood stream and hence your brain and body..

After the chant - sit and enjoy the vibration - you have worked hard for this resonanting peace..Even lay down and do a gong bath to clinch it - then tune out and rejoin the world. This Kundalini meditation is called the Miracle Mantra and is designed to open your heart and awaken you to the infinite possibilities that are present right now.
I recommend practising the Miracle Mantra for 22 minutes, but you can chant for up to 62 minutes if you want to go longer. It does take 16- 20 minutes to warm up and harness your internal one pointed focus....
Chant wholeheartedly, let yourself get hypnotised by the mantra and experience the connection to the source of elevation and healing.
This is one of my favourite Kundalini meditations, it's very grounding, powerful & can completely change how you feel in a matter of minutes. I recommend that you practice every day for 40 days & notice the changes that come into your life.

How to practice The Miracle Mantra.....
Sit in a cross-legged position (sit on a cushion if it's uncomfortable to sit on the floor) with the spine straight and the chin gently tucked in towards the chest.
Imagine your head is being pulled up to the ceiling by a piece of string.
Bring your hands to prayer pose at your heart centre.
Eyes are 9/10's closed, staring at the tip of your nose.
The mantra is: Guru Guru Wahe Guru, Guru Ram Das Guru x 5.
The mantra is practised 5 times on one breath, take a deep inhale in between rounds & then start again.
You might find your body starts to sway & move with the tribal rhythm, this is totally fine, let the mantra move you.
To finish; Take a deep inhale, stretch the arms above your head & shake the arms & fingers. Exhale with the tongue stretched fully out. Repeat 3 times.
Take a gong bath or depp relaxation. Sit with the vibration you have worked hard to access.
Tune out with Sat nam 3x and a gratitude peace prayer 🙏🏻🙏🏾
