Thanks for your review. I'm thinking of getting one for calisthenics. I need something that is going to be sturdy enough for exercises such as ring muscle ups and levers. Do you think it will be stable enough? Also, what are the dimensions of the rack?

I don't have the dimensions on hand but I'm sure they are listed in the video. I would imagine it would handle rings and muscle ups no problem. Only thing with muscle ups is that you need to make sure you have the height above you as the rack is already 2m+ tall. If you do find it a little wobbly you could always bolt it to the floor or even get a couple of sheets of plywood or OSB and bolt it to that.

It's an add on accessory from Mirafit. The rack already has the holes cut out for them.

Do you feel it is stable without bolting it down?

If you aren't doing crazy lifts it's ok. Adding the weight tree things on the sides really helps as the heavier it is the more stable it is. The only time I've felt it's not as stable as I would like is if I'm squatting more weight and I'm putting it back by walking into the rack before putting it down if you know what I mean. It does move a little then but adding more weights on the weight holders will help, I also want to build a platform with some ply wood so I might screw it into that.

I've only got about 40kg of weight on it and it feels pretty good. I've not put anything that heavy on just yet. I'll check out the atx power racks.
