I word of advice, which by the way, I base my opinion on a person by their actions and not where they are from or their ethnicity. There are decent, considerate and people of good moral character all over the world. Be very cautious with regards to who will be your neighbors. I lived next to Indian computer engineering students. Ever since they moved in I have been having issues with my Wifi and computer network being hacked. Besides that, they exceeded the occupancy limits, that is the number if people allowed to live in the apartment. Which causes excessive noise at all hours. Additionally they liked having phone conversations outside which usually tends to be in front of other tenants apartments which can cause a disturbance. They were asked not to disturb other tenements but they still kept doing it. When they used the laundry room they leave the clothes in the machines over night and sometimes even days, and do not clean up after themselves once they are done. Additionally, They are not very clean in general. Once an animal did poo near their front door and they never cleaned it up. This attracted flies in my home. It was a mess. Once they finally moved, everything was better. And the fly problem in my home went away. Unfortunately they have some kind of superiority complex where they think they are better than everyone and don't need to be considerate, or respect other people's privacy, and that superiority complex leads them to feel that they don't have to clean AKA pick up after themselves and that they should get everything for free or at a cheap price.

There is two different Brandon’s There is the City of Brandon over by Pearl. And then there is Brandon (County Side) 39047 basically in Flowood over by the Ross Barnett Rez. It’s confusing because it’s 30 min away from each other. Me and my wife plan on living in Rankin County someday. 🙏 Don’t EVER stop in Jackson

I'll be moving back home soon (originally from Longtown) and was considering DeSoto county but figured it wouldn't even be the same in the next 10 years. Think I'll go to Senatobia instead, its smaller and slower and they don't look like they'll be expanding anytime soon lol.

Need to Know. . . 1/2 of these towns are within 20 miles of the most crime ridden place in Mississippi. Jackson, Ms is the 2nd most dangerous city per capita in the U.S. There is so much crime in Jackson they seem to be exporting it to these five towns.

The most important thing they failed to tell you about….ALL these areas has massive TORNADOES that hit these areas!!! Mississippi has never had this issues but for the past five years or so historic Tornadoes has been hitting Mississippi ESPECIALLY the areas they mention!!!
@TomBTerrific

Hummm tornadoes! Hurricanes along the gulf too. I don’t know how far inland they affect people. Mississippi also has some of the country’s lowest building code requirements. Which isn’t a good combination. Mississippi is beautiful but far too many towns look in despair either by choice or lack of funding. You will see beautiful homes next to or near abandoned overgrown homes that have been that way for years.

@@MarisaKisame In JACKSON AND THOSE SURROUNDING AREAS YES they been THERE…. but the state as a whole!!! I HEARD it with my own ears on MISSISSIPPI NEWS REPORTING AS I WATCHED THE NEWS a few months after I moved here and THEY SAID… it was historic tornados all around my community and the level of the amount of tornado’s passing through and touching down and the levels of EF and it just scaved my house that Mississippi has hit a historic level with record breaking tornadoes something they have never seen and I’m from Louisiana I live in dangerous weather on the bayou and we followed Mississippi news because its a neighboring state and because my mother lived here many years before I moved here so YES ABSOLUTELY these tornadoes has been here on this level in all of history of Mississippi SORRY but thats not FACTS….No disrespect but LET THE FACTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES!!! If you have a choice, you probably wouldn’t want to live here as voters we don’t have a whole lot of control over anything very much. I was told We voted on the state flag two or three times the vote to keep the flag won they decided voting for it was not going to change it so they had a contest to draw up a new state flag. A guy in. Alabama design won so they took our flag down and put the new one up

Born in Mississippi raised in the North went back to Ms to spend time with elderly parents and they and brother passed.95 % of other family still there and I moved back because I didn't care for the poltics , hard to make friends,poor medical,lack of social and entertainment opportunities ,hot nasty summers and bad storms,winters not bad at all.A lot of my family that moved out of state for employment and retired and moved back regretted it.If you are born there and stayed I guess you can enjoy it there but once you leave and come back something makes it a disappointing place to live.Only my opinion,Im sure others would disagree.
