Let's explore the woods in the Ozarks and get some fresh air, as well as identify the best terrain to cut in our first new driveway location and ditch crossing. In today's episode join me for some fresh air as I take you through the process of exploring the woods and terrain to find the best place to create a new driveway location for a new parcel of land that we will be selling from our 575 acre Southern Missouri farm. Stay tuned for the next episode in succession as I will cut the new Ford ditch crossing to create brand new vehicular access to this section of rugged Ozark mountain property where no access was available before. When selling a rugged property having access is paramount and it will increase your chances of selling that property and increase the value of that property as well. If you are new to our channel, we welcome you to join us for all of our next life and land adventures from our new Missouri farm. Here are a couple of links to recent videos:

Was this Divine Intervention? While many may not believe, I do keep the faith when it comes to living this life and putting certain priorities above others. Join me for today's episode #1 of our new life, land and Ozarks Missouri adventures! Recently we bought a 575 acre Southern Missouri farm in the Ozarks and today will be our first moving trip, our first road trip after legally owning the new 575 acre Missouri farm, and all of the adventures that go along with it. Join us for today's episode as I begin our moving process from Southern Illinois over to Southern Missouri. Today I'll tackle some of the challenges associated with equipment hauling over such a long distance. In this episode I'll be hauling my KIOTI RX7320 powershuttle cab tractor, my home made chisel disc plow and some other equipment on my equipment trailer. Oh, and I almost had a near disasterous collision in the St. Louis area as a car literally broke down only a few cars ahead of me, so while cruising at 65 mph there was a completely stopped car right in front of me and I had nowhere to go in either lane, left or right of me, so I locked up all of the brakes on my Ford F250 and the equipment trailer, and fortunately I don't tailgate so I had enough room to get my truck and equipment trailer stopped just in the nick of time! Also today I'll give you an up close and realtime view of the dead end gravel road that our new 575 acre Missouri farm sits on, and then a look at our OVER a mile long private gravel driveway as well. This is a very exciting episode and we thank you for joining us!
