The Missouri State Legislature should get its act together and legislate a remedy to this problem. It is shameful that the legislators, governor, and state attorney general failed to solve this problem years ago. Though law can present very complicated issues, rigorous analysis can lead to legitimate and workable solutions. To the Missouri State Legislature, governor, and attorney general: "Stop failing at a moral and ethical level. Demonstrate some integrity. Innocent individuals, justified by substantial evidence, should not remain imprisoned. Solve this problem." To the imprisoned persons' attorneys: "Carefully research federal substantive and procedural due process cases. Missouri's prohibition against release, despite a factual basis for vacating a judgment, implicates due process protections. Perhaps a federal lawsuit seeking habeas relief, a declaratory judgment, or injunctive relief may provide some relief."

This is all about money they do not want to release these innocent men because they do not want to pay out potential lawsuits for false imprisonment. It is all about money

Myself being a citizen of the state of Missouri, this is embarrasing to know, that innocent people are in our prisons.

A man killed 10 people in a grocery store in New York filmed himself doing it. A few men in Georgia killed a gun just jogging through there neighborhood and film them selves doing it. But a man sitting at home watching tv with his family didn’t kill no one is sentenced longer than those first men I named.

Only for rich white men.... Judges routinely free rich white young men convicted of rape... But will keep innocent black young men in jail.

I don't think you understand what our SCOTUS actually does n can do. Not saying he is guilty . But SCOTUS addresses primarily Constitutional technicalities.

And the opposite problem would happen if we voted blue. People who've committed crimes wouldn't actually get punished.

Their “EVIL” is not going unnoticed. Almighty God is not sleeping, he gave US strength that they couldn’t beat, that is why they use their illegal system of bondage to hold US. God’s “JUDGEMENT” will bring then to their knees, and their tongues will confess. 🙏🏿🤴🏾👸🏾💙
