Minced meat - 600 g (any meat is possible, I took pork)
Onions - 1 pc. (150 g)
Zucchini - 2 small (350 g)
Potatoes - 1 pc. (90g) minced and 2-3 more potatoes to be sliced and placed in a saucepan
Carrots - 1 pc. (100 g)
Bread - 4 slices
Milk - 70 g
Garlic - 1 clove
Semolina - 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste (I added 1 tsp)
Ground black pepper - to taste
1. Pour milk over the dried loaf. Leave it on for a few minutes.
2. Grind meat, potatoes, carrots, onions, zucchini, garlic, loaf in a meat grinder.
3. Add semolina and ground black pepper. Put the minced meat in the refrigerator for 15 minutes so that the semolina swells.
4. Salt the minced meat. Form cutlets. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, you do not need to bring it to full readiness.
5. Put potato slices in a saucepan, put cutlets on top. Pour in some water (100 g). Simmer the cutlets under a closed lid for 10-20 minutes until fully cooked.
