Soya-Yogurt Orange Drink with Pistachio & Wild Herbs
2 portions | 500 ml
INGREDIENTS
A handful of wild herbs such as dandelion, nettle and ground elder
150 g of soja-Yogurt
350 ml orange juice
30 g Pistachio
½ Banana
Lemon Juice
METHOD
Mix everything well in a blender.
Adjust the thickness with water or orange juice.
Adjust the sourness with some lemon juice.
