Heat,
Oil 3-4 tbsp
ginger Paste 1 tsp
garlic paste 1 tsp
saute for a minute
Add one onion sliced
fry till translucent
2 tomatoes sliced
keep cooking.
Spices to add:
Salt to taste
Haldi ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Cumin and coriander roasted and crushed 1 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
cover and cook
Add 2-3 tbsp water
now add 2 potatoes, 2 carrots. (cut as per your choice)
You can add peas (matar) at this stage if they are raw(unboiled)
Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes
Add cauliflower (1 medium)
1 cup peas
2 capsicum
1 Turai
Cook for 7-8 minutes
1 tsp kasuri methi
freshly chopped coriander
Green chillies
Serve with garam garam Roti, Naan, Taaftaan or steamed rice
