2 medium zucchinis (grated)
1 head of garlic (grated)
2 eggs
100 ml kefir
150 g flour
0.5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
Fresh herbs (optional)
Preparation:
