I just created a blender character using MB-lab, created it with Use Basic muscle. The problem is that when it is in object mode and pose mode the bust bones do not appear but when it is in edit mode they do. What should I do

also what is the proper way to combine multiple animations using this method? it seems like this would overwrite the previous ones you retarget without additional steps, is that correct? :) great video!

Have you done this step? Unlock location of root? 03:34 If yes, you can send me the blend file in github. Will see the problem. Thanks.

Would you also have to 're-target muscle bone' for each of the bones in the hands?

Very cool script. I use a slightly different way using cubes to bypass the "axis issue"

@@fabula87 Its been a while since i check out my script, as I am making something different in Python for Blender, now. Basically i used a cube and (snapped and parented) it to a root joint. I would then set the target bone as a "child of" constraint. This means i can move the bones by moving the cubes. So if i set a copy rotation constraint from the source skeleton to the target skeletons cubes it will follow. Any twisted bones can be fixed by rotation a cube on the required local axis. It is a lot of work, but helps when copying animations. Best to build a script that will automatically spawn and snap the cubes with constraints.
