Toriano Pride taunting Vandy’s kicker after the miss to lose the game is terrible sportsmanship. Hopefully a coach saw it and gives the kid an earful. Show some respect to a team that almost beat you at home.

I didn't notice that but it's actually a bit of a trend with Drink coached teams. He's a hell of a recruiter. Discipline isn't his strong suit. I'm always expecting something ridiculous from Johnny Walker and he mad the kid a captain lol. If that's your captain how do you think the other kids will behave?

The bottom line is the elephant in the room is that Brady Cook is missing Literally the best wide receivers in college football. Drew PYNE does not seem to have that problem. A grandma can hand the ball off to a running back Brady Cook hasn’t been running that much so why do we need a quarterback that doesn’t run when we have Kurt Warner as a back up that’s at 94%??? Drink says everyone has to earn their place every week. Apparently that doesn’t apply to Brady Cook. I’m telling you there’s a Goldmine in the back up quarterback. I see this over and over again with teams where they commit to the quarterback because of emotionalism and can’t see the forest through the trees. Put Drew Pyne in.

There is no hope for this team if cook continues to start. Drink is being paid 9 million dollars a year and he refuses to put a better option out there at QB. This team is not serious at all and won't make the CFP with cook

after their bye week, Oct 5th. The good thing is they are getting experience in gritty, ugly ball games. Now they have overtime experience, which may pay dividends later in the season. But yeah, it's frustrating. They should be blowing these teams out. However, these are games that Mizzou would traditionally lose so the good thing is good team win ugly games, they find ways to win. That miss and win for Mizzou turned a boring match up into a gut-check emotional win. Maybe this gets them going! M-I-Z!!

@@fierce-green-fire8887These shouldn't be close!!!!! That's such a loser mentality old Mizzou shit. You can't be just happy beating Vandy and Boston College I promise you Luther Burden is pissed. When you are in the top ten how you win matters. When you are trying to get to the playoffs point difference matters. And if Brady misses throws like he has been all year it won't matter because these games coming up will be blowout losses bye week be damned.

The defensive penalties are the problem not the defense. They are giving up a few big plays but for the most part if they get rid of those three mistakes a game this defense is elite.

@@stormageddon248 I agree, they shouldn't be close, neither should all the march madness games where the eventual champion struggles with an early round game or two only to gain emotional momentum to win the championship. Neither should all the upsets that happen on a weekly basis in the NFL. It's why they play the game. It's only a loser mentality to people who really don't understand winning and how hard it is. You have a typical fan mentality that expects games to play out as the vegas odds say they should, which is dumb and not how reality of sports work. Are you going to seriously care how close the games are if these Tigers win everything? Or at least make a nice run in the playoffs? It's called not flinching. Fans could learn something from real athletes and actual competition. Did I say I was happy that they made me cuss the whole fucking game? Apparently you have no memory of all the times Mizzou was supposed to win and didn't. Do you need me to list all the games Mizzou was supposed to win and didn't in the past 20 years. It's great to see them actually pull out wins. It breaks the trend of them losing to shit teams every season which is the actual history of the program to do. Another way to look at it is everyone is circling their game against Mizzou and brining their best. Another way to look at it is Mizzou is getting battle tested and learning how to win ugly bad games. I'm not saying they don't need to clean a bunch of shit up...they're not even close to firing on all cylinders. Hope they can figure it out before they give a game away from some dumb penalty or some missed wide open pass. But the reality is, Mizzou doesn't have a lot of experience being a top 10 team with a target on their back. All they need to do is keep winning and improve week to week. Fans have the privilege to cry about style points. Players and coaches don't. They have to play each down like it counts. Good night sir and good luck to our Tigers.

Brady, it's time to step down buddy. You lived your dream as the Mizzou quarterback and had a dream season as well. This isn't a season this University of Missouri can afford bottom-tier QB play. That's what you are, unfortunately. This can be a very special and pivotal year of this program and it pains me to say this but you are dragging it down. We love you for everything you did last year we really do and we will always be grateful. Eli, if the kid who really isn't much of a kid seeing that he's a grad is unwilling to do what's best for the team then you need to step up to be a HC and make the tough call. MIZ

Defensive line, offensive line, secondary, special teams they need to get better in all phases of the game. How does a number # 6 team in the country still struggles with fundamentaly sound football? This team needs practice they look slow and lethargic on both sides of the ball cause if this had been a top 5 team in the SEC Mizzou loses by 25 or 30.
