Just a reminder that fans attend games to see the PLAYERS not the umpires. If you’re going to hold players to such high expectations, their on field counterparts need to be held to the same standards. An umpire screws up, he’s held accountable just like a player. A player doesn’t touch an umpire, an umpire doesn’t touch a player. A player doesn’t point at an umpire, an umpire doesn’t point at a player. Although I will admit there were a few instances that I liked where the player did something wrong and he’s not even arguing it. He’s got that look of “that’s right, I did that. Don't offer help when they get hit by a foul ball, nothing. all of their dramatics when calling a third strike, all to be a part of the show, BS. Totally ignore them and the BS will stop. They will learn the strike zone, or be reported. Start protesting more games, just to be a thorn in the side. Just don't talk to the umps.
