Edith is the most "winner" for this patch for me, because the buff gave her the ability to fight the Tank meta, which makes her a really good Exp Laner. Also since her Passive is HP based, she can melt down Lord as fast as Lunox. The reason Paquito feel off was because of the Champ Stance Movement Speed Duration, which lessened his ability to rotate more as a Jungler, which is why we see him more in Exp Lane nowadays. The damage and shield buff gives him more independence and sustained damage for himself. I like to play Cyclops and the Mana Cost reduction is really welcome to me because he's a niche pick for me when going against Assassin picks. More opportunities to spam skills with less downtime looks really good to me. I'm advocating for Yin to get buffed to increase his independence because he's one of "those heroes" , and we are slightly getting there. I like the 8% Spell Vamp since it's can stack with FestiBlood to make it 16%, giving him noticable innate lane sustainability in the early game. He is still vulnerable to CC especially when trying to abduct someone into his domain. Hopefully that nerf will be reverted and I can see Yin getting some pro use. The Movement interruption is a fantastic adjustment because it's annoying when you actually catch someone and they manage to move out of the way because they blinked at the exact frame you caught them. With these adjustments, I can see Saber getting more use now because it's a sure lockdown and you don't have to worry about any problems of them blinking away. (Also as a Guinevere main, I can abuse Spatial Migration and the Super Magic Passive even more, wink wink)

Great takes as always Ray A! Edith supremacy for this patch is real. We see eye to eye on the movement/cc/knockback interactions as being the adjustment with the potentially biggest effect on the game.
