I would absolutely be interested in the 15% larger version. Great design, there is no competition in this weight range!

Ok, I went ahead and ordered these today, the original size. Thus virtually guaranteeing that the larger version will be announced any day now. 😂

Why do you think its a great design, if you need to manually strap it to the bike every single time instead of snaping it on?

@@MrWAZZUPJoey MLD’s design goal was for the lightest weight possible, and I think that was accomplished. Hardware for easy attachment / removal would have increased the weight by 75% or more, and there are plenty of options already on the market in that style, while the Poco’s are fairly unique. If you can’t live with just leaving the panniers on the bike during a tour, these probably wouldn’t be a great choice.

Any news on the larger model? I'm really tempted to get a pair of these, but would definitely prefer a little more space :-)

I would be down for some bigger ones too. Getting rigged up for some sweet trips so we will see how the POCOs roll.

I just received mine, and I love the size ! I did order the 22L bike bag though to go with it and i already have about 12-14 l on the front of my bike. Personally I don't WANT to bring more stuff :)

Thank you Ron for turning your attention to BikePacking gear; I have an MLD pack, bivy, and shelter and the quality is very good. I plan to purchase a set of these panniers; but, would be interested in the larger size if offered.

I’ve had my Poco Panniers for a couple of weeks now. I’m very happy with them, and the weight savings is awesome! They would be a pain to take on and off every day, but that is a feature they share with ALL of the small panniers I have used that weigh under 40oz a pair. Just leave them on the bike and it’s no big deal. To those wishing for a larger version, I will join you in that purchase if they become available, but in the meantime, I’m going to suggest that MLD’s size specs on these is very conservative compared to other manufacturers. My unscientific comparison, based on flattening the panniers and comparing their 2d dimensions: They are easily larger than my Bedrock Hermosa’s, which are spec’d at 14-26 liters. They are roughly equal to the Ortlieb Gravel Packs spec’d at 25 liters. They are a tad smaller than the Arkel Dry-lites, spec’d at 28 liters. They are significantly smaller than the REI Link Panniers, spec’d at 36 liters per pair.

Thank you for very clear presentation and for making those bags. Now I have to measure how they fit my... feet (when pedaling). It would be great if you could make a bit larger version (20L in total), however I am afraid of unchanged rectangular shape. Maybe cut a corner a bit, the one closer to the front of the bike.

It good your getting into the bikepacking market but dont do what ever Bikepacking company doing they only design the bags around the bike ..you guys should take it to the next level and design it around the adventure
