@@TheSandkastenverbot no we’re taught how to fall in grappling/ wrestling so as long as ur partner doesn’t rampage Jackson u u should be able to catch ur fall unless ur just an idiot and that’s ur fault soo at leas thats what my coach says he will literally threaten us if he sees someone flop on the ground instead of an athletic catch your doing it 5 more times 😭

If you're not training for a fight, of course. Inside the cage it is a fight to the death, you should be used to the feeling of it.

@GTchum if you already know the feeling of being in danger in a real fight there is no need to do hard sparring. Literally look at max halloway in the ufc he does 0 sparring and he has won mos of his fights

@@GTchumthat’s when you’re in your camp to get right for the fight. If you’re not in fight prep, you spar light so you can avoid injuries and keep training.

Man I've heard rumors that Russians usually have a systematic technique where they just play in the beginning going very 60-70% in training but once they start getting towards serious competition they graduate slowly towards harder training which i think is impressive.

Nice work, you can really hone your technique with lesser level fighter's working angles slips, fakes, bout got work in, you can't kill each all the time, just some of the time
