When I first read this prompt, I thought about the other players. In my answer, I think I would have mentioned how I would want to talk to the other players about what was going on and let them know that they have every right to feel uncomfortable because a coach is supposed to have boundaries and respect. As a coach, you're there to teach and treat every player equally and not take advantage of that position of power. I thought this was highly unethical and would have asked the coach to consider resigning from his position and apologizing. Would this have been a good response? I listened to the candidate's response, and I feel like I was more aggressive in my response. Thank you.

Hello Brian! Thank you so much for your comment. Remember, you cannot jump to conclusions. The scenario described does not explicitly say that there is anything inappropriate going on. Firstly, you must remain non-judgmental. To make any sort of decision or conclusion, you must gather more information. Only when you have facts can you make a decision to act or not to act. You must demonstrate that you do not jump to conclusions, that you do not simply react based on perceived circumstances. I hope this helps!
