Matthias Wandel, what really got my attention in this video is your table saw extension. One has been on my project list for a while (using an outfeed table is always a hassle in my shop, for now I have a roller positioned back there but I hate that also), and since my old craftsman saw uses a rip fence that clamps on the front and back I've had all sorts of ideas how to do it but none that I was really happy with. I searched your channel and didn't find a video about it, do you have one? If not, I've looked at this video carefully and can't quite figure out how yours is mounted, how did you do it? My current plan (aka "unless I come up with something better by the time I get to it") was to make an extension roughly like yours and use 2 bed frame pieces bolted to the outsides of the extension and the cast table extensions, but I wasn't 100% happy with how that will fit after measuring it out.

Cheapo slides, yes they are, but to be honest they are the best since they are super sturdy, rely on gravity and enables you to remove the drawer in a heartbeat. Why not face the drawer-fronts with oak before cutting them to final size ? That would eliminate trimming the overhang (or aligning the pieces as you seem to do) & you could glue them as a stack wich would also distribute the clamping pressure better (esp. if using cauls) and save the repetition x 6.

I always like to watch your videos because you never take the easy way by simply gluing and nailing, and that is why I do not like this build. I know it is just a shop tool drawer stand for your panto router but you could have made something that would really last by putting finger joints on the drawers. However, you are one of the most innovative builders on youtube. The way you lined up the drawers was brilliant, and that is what most of your subscribers like to see. We can all apply glue and nail something together, but to make something of quality that will last long enough to be past down for many years and many generations is worth while watching. Disappointed.
