In this mobility class, we target the feet, ankles, and hips. Class begins with some toe yoga, moves into ankles mobility, and finishes with hip mobility. There will be some deep flexion of the knees in the ankle mobility section, so this may be a class to skip if you're dealing with cranky knees.
