Your videos are really inspiring even to me, a granny of 74 and doing different types of exercise every day. I’m very thankful for your work. I don’t know your name and what part of the world you’re living in; I’m mexican 🇲🇽

First time here and loved this workout. It was the first time in decades I did a deep squat, or sat on my feet.😮 Thank you! I'll be back!

My ankles thank you. ✨🦶🦶✨ Felt great to focus an area that supports so much and isn't often the center of a practice.

Thanks Grant. I am a jump rope addict so my feet and ankles take a lot of strain and are very thankful for this session. I will try use these stretches before and after and see how my little foot soldiers respond 😆✌️ also, how about a jump rope and animal flow video? Cool. Look forward to it. Stay smoov

I enjoy your down to earth way of showing these exercises. I am beginning to look forward to exercise rather than do exercise as a chore or just to help me age better. It reminds me of being a boy in kindergarten and grade 1 music and movement before having to compete with other boys at school because I was so awkward and uncoordinated. Your work is helping me, along with therapy to recover and learn how to feel good in my body after a lifetime of the effects of childhood traumas and autism.

These are excellent and easy... some are intense in a good way. He has the PERFECT physique IMO. It is natural, defined, but not overly muscled.

Wow man this one is intense for me. My ankles give me lots of trouble from so many years of soccer, basketball, and rugby. At the end of the work, my ankles feel quite strange; a "full" kind of feeling, buzzy, lightly throbbing but in a good way I am sure.

I've been struggling with tendinitis of the interior left ankle for months--wearing a brace and using a cane. PT has helped some, but I'm going to do this every day for two weeks and then check back and give you feedback on my progress.

Day two: when I was doing the lateral ankle stretch on the ankle with the tendinitis-which was very resistant to any weight being put upon it-as I gingerly applying a little more pressure, the ankle suddenly “popped”. Hurt for a moment but it felt like something had just been shifted back into place that had been looking to be shifted for months. Ankle felt stronger after that. Will be excited to see how it feels tomorrow. Will report back tomorrow after 3rd day. Btw, should we have any rest days or can we do this sequence every day? Thanks!

Day three: missed a couple of days but back at it today. Ankle feels better after the session than it does after a full PT session. Need to not miss days as I can feel that it tightened up during the lapse.

Day 4: did half of the routine yesterday. Need to get less space between sessions. Seeing a bit more stretch on top of ankle. The first and last exercise rises are easier than when I began.

Sandbags of different weights. I use them in a lot of different ways. Basic lifts with heavy loads 1-2x week. Probably best outlined in a future video (adding to the list now) but happy to answer any follow up questions here.
