【Cooking process】
① Peel a lotus root’s skin and cut it in 1 - 2 cm thick half circle, drain it after soaking it a while. Cut a pumpkin randomly, remove potato eyes and cut it into wedges with skin, cut off a shimeji’s stem and loosen shimeji itself, cut diagonally strings beans in half.
② Cut a white fish into bite sizes, put it in a tray with A and mix them up to season it.
