Jason, Great video for all that never used one, I put a hyd. cylinder on mine. Like the info on the bender, all the little parts u never see anywhere else,like the spring back and slack issues. I use Teflon spray lube on the tubing, never have had a slide mark. Great Job. The W.T. on the tube is .120 WT stainless.?

Hey nice bars! But don't they need those tiny groves so they won't move when they are mounted to the bikes neck?

My only opinion is when you weld I would make a small gap of 16th inch tack 4 sides grind them down then mig weld using stainless wire .

Hello Jason. I see one of the two follower blocks (the trailing or lead block ?) is offset in pitch in parallel with the tube . How many degrees is the block pitched ? Also, if You would be so kind, does the height (top of die inner radius) of the die shoulders go past the center line of the tube or do they stop right at dead center of the tube ? PS - Subscribed Brother, like Your videos. Good,confident and fun presentation. Nice work !

Very nice work and how too.......whats the CLR on that die? About to order a bender and those look nice. I plan to do frames and bars with it and don't want such a tight bend that it looks like a plumbers 90 or such a loose CLR that close compounds on bottom tubes are impossible.

Why couldnt you do the bars in one tube and just bend both sides?
@rsz90182

because the bike clamp would compromise the center. this makes it stronger when you clamp down.
