Good morning Steve, i timed this just right. i made a cuppa and just sat down. and this video popped up. just like MAGIC. its hard to think its been a week since we last met up at GETS. i am truly grateful for the signs that you have done us for Jarrow road. I am amazed how big the TYNE DOCK yard is. i remember going to the wood yards back in the 1980s. i visited one of the wood yards with my old boss when i worked at Pelew industrial complex, Stonehill's. as i bench hand joiner. and we went to collect some Canadian pine. which is great for making furniture. but i had no idea how huge the yard was. I liked the way that you have come up with your window designs. i see you figured out what the rear of the building looked like. anyway that's enough of me rabbiting on, a very impressive build so far. take care Tony

Hi Steve, as usual another informative and enjoyable video. I’ve just got up as I am not well on a number of levels. I look forward to seeing part two of the build. That’s a cracking British Railways track plan of the area, too. Best, Jason.
