Learn how to create a Super-Magic-Void that cuts through almost all geometry, including arrayed elements in a family. The super-void can also cut through multiple elements with a single instance.
The trick is to ensure all geometry you want to cut is "nested". Then, create a nested face-based family that contains a void. Place the void on the face of the element you want to cut.
