In this video, we explore an L-shaped modern house designed by Architecture Paradigm in Mysore, India. Spread across 325 square meters on a 50'x80' plot, this stunning home, completed in 2016, seamlessly blends public and private spaces, incorporating both modern and traditional elements.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a public zone featuring a parking space, entry foyer, spacious living area, family zone, dining room, a deck, kitchen with utility, a common toilet, and a bedroom with an attached dressing room and bathroom. The private courtyard and water body further enhance the home’s connection with nature.
The first floor houses two private bedrooms, each with its own dressing and bathroom, connected by a narrow passage next to a cutout that brings in natural light. Watch as we dive into this thoughtful design that balances openness, privacy, and nature, making this home a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional warmth.
