New to your channel and I’m already in love with your style. I’m a chair maker and would love to see some work of yours and how you approach chair making. Brownie points for not using dominos. God Bless man♥️

No dominos on the chairs. Mortise and tenon but it's done on the Pantorouter. Thank you for watching and I hope you enjoy what we've got coming.

Great video. Perhaps include a bit more detail. Also, I’d like to know how you clamped the two portions together when gluing; that’s always seems to be a challenge on waterfall desks. Thanks.

Beautiful work Mike! You're right about that walnut on walnut bowtie, it's perfect for this piece. If you didnt cut the hinge mortises with the Shaper, what would have been your backup plan, router and edge guide?

Hey Mike ! Really nice video ! I just wish it was longer ! 7 min is not enough I happily would have watch if it was 20 to 40 minutes ;) Also, I think it's better than the last one because you actually speak and explain the project. We get a lot more of your personality :) I can wait to watch the next video ;) (Also can I ask what is Peter's rig to film this ? Thanks !)

Very nice build. I like the combo of one continuous mitred leg and one steel on other side. What determines if you decide to do a C channel under the table top or not?
@CoffeyCustomBuilds
Жыл бұрын
I decided against C Channel for this desk as it was only 30" wide and it had a mitered end, which acts as a c channel, and a metal leg, which also acts as a c channel.

Gorgeous Build! What is the height of the desk overall? How thick is the walnut slab? How did the end cut opposite the waterfall miter come out?
@CoffeyCustomBuilds

The height is 30". The end looks great. Perfectly parallel. Thank you!
