Forget the over-the-head "Full Moeller" stroke, this is a video on the most useful hand technique you'll ever learn. If you don't play some version of this already, you're wasting tons of energy on accents, shuffles, and trying to generate speed. This doesn't work for everything, but I use this technique on probably 80% of my notes. It involves no shoulder, minimal elbow movement, no lateral motion, and it gets you extra power, speed, and endurance. It wont make you play like Joe Morello, Steve Gadd, or Dave Weckl overnight, its not a magic bullet, but it will help your playing.
