You got a solid channel here. Just subscribed. Fantastic video! Any idea if you can just cast sculptamold with latex like you did in this video?

Hi, excellent question actually... you're asking if you can use the liquid latex to cast over something made out of Sculptamold if I understand correctly? I don't see that beeing a problem🤔. Tell you what, I will give this a try and let you know in my follow up video tutorial for this build👍

@@thecraftingbrothers9448 just realized I said that weird 😅. That is a good question too though and now I'm wondering how well that would work. What a meant was is there a way to pour sculptsmold into the latex to make a cast?

@@ArtJeremiah Aaah... Understood, I will try that as well. This could work as long as the Sculptamold is not too clumpy, will let you know🤔

A great tutorial! This should help all those crafters who are "scared" of using these materials to make terrain.

Thanks for showing the way to make the molds! I also love with how many different colors you can get away with when painting rocks. Looking forward to part 2!

pro tip: dont unroll the toilet paper. cut it vertically until you reach the cardboard.

If you take bandage material and put it in between a set of the coats, it will give the mold a lot of strength! Say you're doing 4 coats, put the bandage material between coats 2 and 3.

Excellent tip! I think this is a great way to strengthen the molds for long term use... Thank you!
