It works if you work it just like any other swing but with Moe's way the feeling of greatness comes quicker and lasts a lot longer. Good thing is that there are tons of vids out on his swing and each person will have variations of it. No one will ever be able to replicate his exactly. Learn it and wow your friends.

It's totally unnatural the only thing that's natural is the audience as they all clap their hands naturally to watch a BS unnatural swing.

The real secret and his genius was his absolute self believe and confidence. So many golfers I see are prepared for a bad shot before they even hit it. If you can visualize the shot at hand, have %100 believe in yourself and know your going to hit it on the button every time, you will more times than not. Prepare and visualize success rather than preparing and visualizing the worst case scenario. That added with lots of practice is the winning formula, it’s not some secret swing position.

I can answer that. I worked in Kitchener with one of Moe's best friends (Butch.) he and Moe golfed Westmount early Wednesday mornings. Moe would play 2 balls. Butch said Moe's 2nd ball, more often then not would follow the same line in the dew as the first.And for fun he would play to hit the flag stick on his approach shots.

Moe Norman is that guy you marvel at, but come away discouraged, rather than encouraged because there's no possible way you could ever do that. He's that kid at the fishing pier landing huge fish after huge fish with a cane pole and some night crawlers, and your $2000 worth of gear and fancy lures is doing nothing for you. He's Yogi Berra with a golf club...how can a guy with that persona and appearance do that...lol?

Look up his story. Lee T. thinks he would have won them all, lol. His oddities caused some friction, which seemingly was not something he wanted to or could deal with mentally and he returned to Canada and won everything here. It's not that simple, but that's the idea.

It's one big compensation because of his wide stance the ball is placed too far forward he slides into impact to make up the distance he places the club from the ball. It's one big guess but it works for him PERIOD.
@quietobserver4636

You need to look up his story. He was autistic. He could tell you exactly how many balls that he'd hit in his life at any give moment. He visualized every aspect of the swing in his mind. He missed 1 fairway in 7 years.
