Because Myles is a child that's why. He's not a teenager. He was only 10 years old. The parent feels by him being that age, he doesn't know any better, so they gave a benefit of the doubt. If he would've been Moesha age doing it at 17 trust and believe it would've been a huge problem in the Mitchell's household. By him being a teenaged boy, they probably would've seen him away if he's out of control. Myles punishment would've been a little harsher than Moesha's. That's just my opinion

I HATE when people say 'it's just weed'. It's a drug and it changes the neurochemistry of your brain. Myles was so young here and his brain was still developing. Why is experiencing life in a normal state of mind so difficult for people to do?
