In part of this series we show you how to create your zigzag granny border.
If you prefer written instructions, here you go.
1. With wrong side facing, join main colour in the corner chain space of the edge pentagon and chain 3. Miss 1 stitch and then *work 3 trebles into the next stitch. (Miss 2 stitches and then work 3 trebles into the next stitch). Repeat bracketed instructions once more. Miss next 2 stitches then work 3 trebles, 3 chains and 3 trebles into the corner chain space. Repeat bracketed instructions 3 times. You should now be in the dip between 2 pentagons. Miss the last stitch of the first pentagon and the first stitch of the next pentagon and then repeat from * around the edge of each pentagon. When you get to the last side of the 9th pentagon, continue in the established pattern and then work one treble into the final corner chain space. Fasten off. Turn.
