Ingredients:
soup base:
cabbage
leek
celery
any green vegetable
1 onion
some beef bones
2.5 liter of water
1 tablespoon oil
pinch of pepper (sichuan)
1-2 tablespoon salt
momo dough:
500g flour
1 teaspoon salt
water
momo meat:
2 green onions
1 teaspoon salt
pinch of pepper
1 tablespoon of oil
some water
optional finish:
green vegetables
cilantro
