Another great video Jack! Medaglia d’oro Makes a nice instant espresso powder that my local grocery store conveniently carries. When I was a pastry chef, I would use it a lot as it was a great way to add a rich coffee flavor into something, without adding extra liquid or worrying about grounds in the final product. Ice cream bases, truffle bases etc..
@chaplinsrestaurant
3 жыл бұрын
I'll have to try it maybe in a pudding, do you have to strain it ?
@flavirufus
3 жыл бұрын
@@chaplinsrestaurant No, it dissolves completely into the liquid. I know I’ve been places where I’ve gotten a coffee crème brûlée, got to the bottom of it and seeing a bunch of grounds down there. This eliminates anything like that

Jack Jack Jack. What can I say.. Hell yeah!!!!!!!!!! Dawng that man can COOK!!!!! Watching you cook this brought back so many memories of me when I was about 5 watching my granny cook the best cornbeef hash ever, now in the uk corner beef for us came in a tin or thin slices, you have a brand called libbys that sell tinned cornbeef. But the Potatoes were soft fluffy inside but nice and crispy on the outside with these narly bits of this corned beef only season she used was salt and pepper with Worcestershire sauce. gran would then make some thick white toast pike the hash on the toast and she'd fry a sunny side up egg and Place it onto. We'd have it either for a brunch or supper. She was my driving force to be the best chef I could be but my gran was the best chef ever 25yrs later I'm not even a third of the chef she was Thank-you Jack thank you

Yeah….that’ll work! Oh….and I almost forgot 😨😳🥺…please pass me that roll of Bounty paper towels. Can’t be a lady without them either. As always…great job there!
