How can a person with a drivers license ask where the center line is???🤯🤦🏿♀️
@JenniferPeel72
3 ай бұрын
After watching a shit ton of these videos I’m convinced that Wisconsin doesn’t require much in order for someone to get a license lol I’m in BC Canada and it’s a whole ordeal to get one here. You have your L for a year which is a learners permit and you also have to display an “L” on the rear window or bumper so police and other drivers know you’re a learner. They give you a magnetic one but people like to steal them so even an L on a piece of paper is acceptable as long as it can be seen in the rear of the vehicle. Once you’ve passed the 12 month mark you then take a written and a driving test to get your N which is the novice stage. You have that for two years and during those two years you have to abide by strict rules including no driving between midnight and 4am or something like that. Also, if you’ve had any infractions or are caught breaking the rules your 24 month mark starts all over again. You also can’t have anyone in the car with you past a certain hour unless they’re family and I think you also can’t drive at all between certain hours unless you can prove it’s for work or an emergency. It’s pretty strict but it keeps people safe and for sure has saved a lot of lives compared to how the system was 30+ years ago. I think teenage drunk driving and other teen related driving accidents have dropped significantly over the last 25 years.

OH WOW So not only did he have his 7th OWI but he FAILED TO INSTALL HIS IGNITION DEVICE TO MAKE SURE HE COULDNT DRIVE DRUNK. I’d be embarrassed to call that guy my friend or family. Judging by how he acted during the arrest he would most likely blame someone else or the victim if he ended up killing someone in a crash. He’d find a way to be like “how is it my fault they were there when I drove through” or some shit. This earth is truly full of scumbags.

This is crazy to me. About 2 years ago, a guy tried to run me and my buddy off the road while we were on our motorcycles. We were riding side by side in one lane, on a 2 lane roadway. Instead of taking the other lane, he tried to go in between us. We chased him down and waved a trooper over. They arrested him at gunpoint. When we made the statement, we were told he was on his 7th DUI, and he was going to prison for a long time on multiple charges. My point is, how can someone get past even 5 DUI's and still be allowed to roam free. You're putting so many lives in danger.
@JohnnyNoPockets

Seems to me the number should be 2. You do it once, OK maybe you screwed up. Pay some heavy fines and continue living. Second time, you're done. The level of reckless endangerment driving drunk is extremely high. If I so much as handle my firearm while intoxicated I'd lose all my guns and the right to buy more. Why is it so different for wielding a two ton hunk of steal at high speed?

@Carbon_One

@@Nick-ue9of It absolutely does. Your third DWI is a felony (speaking for my state, most are probably the same, first is a class B misdemeanor and second is a class A misdemeanor) however it's a lower level felony so likely most of his felony convictions got him probation or shock jail time, suspended sentences, short prison sentences he didn't complete because he got paroled, etc. How he still has a license is beyond me, though, that's up to the department of revenue. For reference in my state you have DWI first offense, DWI prior, DWI persistent offender, DWI aggravated, DWI habitual, ETC. So the felony eventually goes up but likely it still ends up max with like a 4 year prison sentence and after roughly 4 months you get paroled and are out again. At least that's my experience in the state of Missouri as a cop.

It’s hard to believe he has 8 DUI’s. Usually the 4th turns into a felony. By the time you get your 6th you would be doing a lot of time. 8 DUI’s and not only is it a felony but a lifetime ban on driving. I can also believe he would get a bond. It’s not a violent crime. All he has to do is pay 10% to get out through a bond agency. You put something up for collateral that’s equal to the cost. If you don’t show up then they come take what you put up. They get to keep your 10% though. Now if you pay the bond in full then when you go to court they give you the money back minus the court cost and fees. In my opinion he deserves a bond. Why keep him in jail over drinking and driving but he had resisting and maybe other charges depending on if he hit the officer. Because of the resisting it’s possible he wouldn’t get a bond but…. If you have been to court before and always showed up then that’s reason for them to give it to him. If he has a problem going to court then that’s when they keep you in jail till your sentencing is over. This DUI here if it’s his 8th will put him in prison for a felony. I’ve known guys to do 10 years in prison for 6 DUI’s. Everything depends on state to. I just know Ohio Laws because I’ve dealt with the court system to much to be proud of. At least when I was younger. I’m mature now with a family. I sure wouldn’t act like this 60 year old.

$7500 bond is an absolute disgrace. It should have been at least 100k. Until we make judges personally responsible for repeat criminal activity, they will just keep Molly coddling these POS humans.

It was a cash bond. He doesn't know anyone with $7500. Since he bail jumped twice. He is going to prison. So no need to have his bail super high.

Here in Wisconsin..🧀🐄🍺 Basically everybody is intoxicated to some extent..🤦♀️🤣🍺 There are more bars than churches...one on damn near every corner. 🤣😂😐🤦♀️ It is a bit pathetic how they keep allowing these ppl to drive.. However, keep in mind how much revenue they make off of drunk drivers..🤷♀️ There is a method to their madness.. 🤦♀️ I've been sober for 17+ yrs...& trust when I say these mf's drink enough for me & you.. When they ask for an ambulance after causing their own injuries by resisting, they should be charged for improper use of emergency resources. Those poor emts need to be available for people who need them and not assholes like this that just don't want to be punished for their actions. Start holding your people responsible! I watched an 8yo snitch his mom out AFTER SHE ALMOS DRUNK DROVE THEM INTO A POLICE CAR. She was plastered and the poor kid said he didn't feel safe. He made his mom pay for her putting him in danger and not thinking twice. She wanted to go home with her son, and he didn't wanna go home with her. Hold these people accountable for what they do and how they act. Friends, family, and all.
