"In the background there are federal reserve employées printing money by hand. Their eyes are bleeding and their face expression is distorted, which could symbolize the stress experienced by the government workers at that time. They could also stand for the average US citizen, who had to help stabilize their already fragile economy without any guaranteed healthcare during their time of disease. Behind them is a declining graph. This obviously stands for the economy, which after multiple bailouts was failing again. In front of the federal reserve employées we can see a dancing girl, drawn in a japanese art style. Japan had been hit by two US nuclear warheads at the end of WW2. I think its fair to say that she symbolizes the complete destruction("nuking") of American society."

Sometimes when a currency becomes too inflated, they introduce one with a different name, and fewer zeroes at the end of it. For example, the original Venezuela Bolivar was inflated so many times, that a "Bolivar Fuerte" was created as a replacement. As a result, when you buy a banana in the USA 50 years from now, you will be paying with about 1 hyper-neo-mega-ultimate Dollar and 50 giga-super-Sayian-sidekick Cents. I'm just making those names up, obviously. I just imagined what they would be called in the film "Idiocracy."

Important to note, the humorous effect of the lights and the song and the dancing anime girl stems from mocking the people freaking out over the economy collapsing, which is a sentiment borne from a sort of gallows humor and resignation that things won't get better for the rest of us. While they're panicking about an economic downturn that makes rich people not earn as much as they're used to, many average people still haven't recovered from the last one 12 years ago and so take more enjoyment reveling in the destruction since what else is there to feel?
